| Shipping Policy Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to ensure that your orders arrive as quickly and securely as possible. Below is our shipping policy for Royal Mail services. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following Royal Mail shipping options: Royal Mail 1st Class (Standard Delivery) Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 working days from dispatch. Available for most UK addresses. No tracking available with this service. Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard Delivery) Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 working days from dispatch. Available for most UK addresses. No tracking available with this service. Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (Tracked & Signed) Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 working days from dispatch. Available for most UK addresses. Signature required upon delivery. Includes tracking information for real-time updates. Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class (Tracked & Signed) Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 working days from dispatch. Available for most UK addresses. Signature required upon delivery. Includes tracking information for real-time updates. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Optional for urgent items) Estimated Delivery Time: Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1:00 pm. Available for most UK addresses. Signature required upon delivery. Includes full tracking and insurance for valuable items. Order Processing & Dispatch Times All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed the next working day. We will notify you via email once your order has been dispatched. Shipping Costs Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. International Shipping At this time, we only offer Royal Mail services for UK-based orders. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update our policy once international shipping is available. Tracking Your Order For orders dispatched via a tracked or signed-for service, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order via the Royal Mail website. Missed Deliveries If you are unavailable to sign for a package, Royal Mail will leave a “missed delivery” card with instructions on how to collect your package or reschedule delivery. If your parcel is not collected within 7 days, it may be returned to us. Lost or Damaged Items We take great care in packing your items securely. However, in the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. |
Refunds:
Refunds are only offered to customers who get the wrong or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at Contact@bklover.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, let us know. Contact us at support@bklover.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number. Add photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
Return Policy
Return and refund policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice any issue with the products or anything else on the order, please Contact Us. Or we would highly suggest to Email Us at contact@bklover.com with the subject: misprinted/damaged/defective items. In the message field attached are the defective/misprinted items pictures and all the details of the item which are on the label of the package
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed, reshipping and refund will not be available in that case.
we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Any withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Bklover reserves the Rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted by the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever
